Goals and deliverables • Handle BAU SAP Basis activities, such as system copies (SAP Refreshes), system monitoring (availability, performance, and capacity), troubleshooting, configurations, patchings, etc. • System performance monitoring • Troubleshoot and resolve L1/L2 technical incidents affecting our SAP systems or Satellite Apps, with the ability to navigate through different applications, databases, and operating systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP projects. • Perform system health checks, follow audit-related controls, generate reports for capacity planning, and performance analysis. • Apply support packages, kernel upgrades, DB patches, and security patches. Expected skills Skills Minimum 2 years of SAP Basis experience Experience with administering SAP systems on AWS/Azure Knowledge of managing SAP on Linux Exposure to SAP HANA and SAP ASE (Sybase) Hands-on experience with SAP BTP/SAP Datasphere would be advantageous
