Selected candidates will be assigned to either: UK / EU Recruitment Team Working Hours: UK/EU Time Zone Shift Focus: Recruitment for clients across the UK and Europe Domestic Recruitment Team Working Hours: Indian Business Hours Focus: Recruitment for clients across India Key Responsibilities Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and social media platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements. Conduct initial candidate calls and assess skills, experience, and availability. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong internet research and sourcing abilities. Good understanding of MS Office and Google Workspace. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
