Alfresco SME / Migration Specialist Location: 100% Remote (India) Duration: 3-Month Contract Prolific Xpert is looking for an experienced Alfresco SME / Migration Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise migration project involving Alfresco Content Services and SharePoint / Microsoft 365. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the migration strategy for Alfresco upgrades and migration to SharePoint / Microsoft 365. Assess existing Alfresco environments, including content models, metadata, customizations, workflows, and integrations. Execute end-to-end migration activities including data extraction, transformation, metadata mapping, validation, and migration automation. Troubleshoot complex migration challenges related to data integrity, performance, and legacy environments while supporting testing and cutover. Provide technical leadership, migration best practices, and guidance to delivery teams and stakeholders. Required Skills Proven experience as an Alfresco SME / Migration Specialist. Strong hands-on expertise with Alfresco Content Services (v7.x+), repository architecture, metadata, and content models. Experience delivering multiple Alfresco migration projects, including Alfresco to SharePoint / Microsoft 365 migrations. Nice to Have Experience with ShareGate, Metalogix, or other Microsoft 365 migration tools. Scripting experience in Java, Python, or PowerShell.
